Return Eligibility

We offer a return policy for most of our products. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
• The product should be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
• Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bnkveda.com. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (such as tea or essential oils)
• Products with broken seals or missing packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Any items specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@bnkveda.com. Please include:

• Details of the issue
• Photos of the damage or defect

We will provide:

• A replacement product of the same type and value
• If out of stock, a product of equal value or store credit

Damages and Issues

If your product is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A description of the issue

We will confirm the damage and arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• The refund will be processed after we receive the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Important: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded.
