Shipping & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the return pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items that meet the return criteria mentioned above. If an identical product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A replacement of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • A full refund (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
  • In cases of prepaid orders not shipped, a full refund will be initiated upon cancellation request.

BNK VEDA reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the product shows signs of use, is not returned in its original condition, or if the complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts
